This is why we have created this website. We hope this faithfully reflects our image because making an error when choosing matters just as much for you as it does for us. Our wish? To count you among our loyal clients.

An independent practice built on strong values

We are to date one of the rare firms to have remained independent since being founded over 30 years ago. This has enabled us to develop a true, human-scale business. Built on an employer-employee model, our practice has grown steadily on sound foundations and around one single passion: helping you materialize your projects. 

Born from consulting in the field, we are in a position to accompany you today on all your major projects, be they strategic or operational.

The Everlasting Business to go further

In 2010, as a firm which has always focused its concerns on People, we decided to go even further by formulating and deciding to defend a cause that is close to our hearts: that of the Everlasting Business.

Inside Proconseil itself, we actually launched early 2010 a corporate project on this theme. It includes over twenty initiatives. This subsequently led us to open our equity to the whole staff, review our management system, assign certain projects to our Y-generation colleagues, launch skills sponsorship operations, create internal networks and think-tanks and place our action practices under the Responsible Consulting banner…

Since Proconseil was founded, we have helped over 1,000 firms handle a huge variety of projects. Your faith in us has helped us grow, and we are truly grateful for that,

Gilbert Lippmann


Began his working career in the business operations department of Office Commercial Pharmaceutique before moving on to HUA, an IT consultants, as organizer. He joined Proconseil in 1986.

He is in charge of business development.

Frédéric Le Moigne


After leading a large number of Capex projects (France, Belgium, USA, Japan) inside DATAR, he manages various manufacturing workshops for Philips Car Systems before joining Proconseil in 1997. He is in charge of managing operations.
